AI Content and Social Publishing Terms

Hudo.AI is a product of HUDO AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its address at 1000 Brickell Ave, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131, United States. References to "Hudo", "Hudo.AI", "we" or "us" in this document mean that company.

These terms add to our Terms of Service and apply when you use Hudo to create content and publish it to social networks.

1. Connecting your accounts

You connect each social account (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Threads) through that platform's own official login screen. We never ask for or store your social network passwords. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorized to manage it and you allow Hudo to publish content to it and read its performance data for the purposes described here. You can disconnect an account at any time from the app or from the platform's settings.

2. What gets published

Hudo publishes only content you approved, or content created while autopilot is on. Autopilot is off by default and can only be turned on by you after your approval history meets the threshold shown in the app. You can pause publishing or return to manual approval at any time.

3. Your responsibility for content

AI generated content can contain mistakes. Review each piece before you approve it. You are responsible for the content published from your accounts, including that it is accurate, that you have the rights to any material, names, logos or claims it uses, and that it complies with applicable law (including advertising, consumer protection and endorsement rules) and with each platform's terms and advertising policies.

4. Platforms

Social platforms are independent from Hudo and may change, limit or remove features, reach or access at any time. Hudo is not responsible for actions a platform takes on your account or content. Connecting YouTube means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. No guaranteed results

Hudo does not guarantee any number of views, followers, leads, sales or any other result.

6. Learning from results

Your Brain learns from your approvals and from the performance of your published content to improve what Hudo creates for you. We may use aggregated and de-identified signals to improve the service. We do not sell your content.
