Hudo.AI is a product of HUDO AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its address at 1000 Brickell Ave, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131, United States. References to "Hudo", "Hudo.AI", "we" or "us" in this document mean that company.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an app. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage ("cookies" in this policy).
2. On hudo.ai (this website)
On your first visit we show a banner with three buttons of equal weight: "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Customize". Only necessary cookies are on by default. Analytics and Marketing stay off until you turn them on, and we keep your choice for 12 months (or until this policy changes). We use Google Consent Mode: while Analytics is off, Google Analytics does not set cookies and only receives basic, cookieless signals.
| Tool | Provider | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Consent choice (hudo_consent) | Hudo | Necessary | Remembers your cookie choices | 12 months |
| Session and security | Hudo / Vercel / Cloudflare Turnstile | Necessary | Keeps the site working and protects forms from bots | Session to 12 months |
Google Analytics 4 (G-DE5MLQNPBR; cookies _ga, _ga_*) | Analytics | Measures visits and how the site is used | Up to 14 months | |
Meta Pixel (2712300692519852; cookies _fbp, _fbc) | Meta | Marketing | Measures ad results and builds audiences | Up to 90 days |
With Analytics on, Google Analytics records the pages you visit, scrolling, clicks on plan, log in, pricing and language buttons, and general information such as your approximate location, device and browser. When you go from hudo.ai to the app, a temporary identifier is added to the link so your visit is counted as one. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies.
You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing cookies. California residents can use "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer.
3. In the Hudo app (app.hudo.ai)
The app shows a banner with "Accept" and "Only essential", both equally visible. The Meta Pixel only loads after you choose "Accept".
- Essential (always on): your login session (Supabase) and your light or dark preference. Without them the app does not work.
- Campaign attribution (essential to measure the signup flow, no personal data): the campaign you came from (utm parameters and Facebook click id), kept 90 days.
- Marketing (only if you accept): the Meta Pixel (
_fbp,_fbc) to measure our ads. If you accept, we also send the same events (sign up, first website scan, checkout started and purchase) from our server to Meta's Conversions API, with your email address hashed (SHA-256), so Meta can match them without receiving it in clear.
You can change your choice in the app at any time by clearing the "consentimiento" cookie in your browser; the banner will appear again.
4. Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working.
- You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
- You can also stop Google Analytics in your browser with Google's opt out browser add on.
- On hudo.ai you can reopen your choices anytime from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by law.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
