SMS Terms and Conditions

Hudo.AI is a product of HUDO AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its address at 1000 Brickell Ave, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131, United States. References to "Hudo", "Hudo.AI", "we" or "us" in this document mean that company.

1. Program description

Hudo.AI ("Hudo", "we", "us") offers text messages (SMS and MMS) to people who use the Hudo platform and to people who ask to hear from us. Messages may include account notifications (for example, new content ready to approve, publishing confirmations or errors, billing reminders and security codes) and, only if you separately agree, marketing messages about Hudo offers and updates.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a Hudo form, in the Hudo app or at checkout, or by texting a keyword we publish. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Hudo at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Account notifications depend on your activity and settings. Marketing messages, if you opted in to them, are sent up to 4 times per month.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Hudo does not charge for text messages.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or opt in again.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@hudo.ai.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to provide the Hudo service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver messages, only for that purpose. 9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you keep receiving messages after a change, you accept the updated terms.
