Data Deletion Instructions

Hudo.AI is a product of HUDO AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its address at 1000 Brickell Ave, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131, United States. References to "Hudo", "Hudo.AI", "we" or "us" in this document mean that company.

You can ask us to delete your Hudo account and the personal data we hold about you, including data received from connected social accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.

1. How to request deletion

• From the app: go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. You confirm with your password or a sign in link, and you have 7 days to undo it.
• By email: write to privacy@hudo.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".

Requests made through Facebook or Instagram receive a confirmation code and a link where you can check the status of the deletion.

2. Remove Hudo from Facebook or Instagram

In Facebook go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Hudo and choose Remove. You can do the same from the settings of each connected platform.

3. What happens next

We confirm your request and delete your account data, Brain and content within 30 days. We may keep limited records we are required to keep by law, such as billing and tax records, and data in backups until they expire.
