Hudo.AI is a product of HUDO AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its address at 1000 Brickell Ave, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131, United States. References to "Hudo", "Hudo.AI", "we" or "us" in this document mean that company.

1. Introduction

Hudo.AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI marketing platform and related services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Name and contact information (email address, phone number)
• Account credentials (username, password)
• Billing information (billing name, address and tax ID). Payment cards are processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Company information (company name, job title, industry)
• Profile information (preferences, settings)

2.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

• Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
• Usage patterns (pages visited, features used, time spent)
• Performance data (error logs, response times)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.3 Marketing Data

When you use our marketing automation features, we may process data related to your marketing campaigns, including audience information, campaign performance metrics, and content analytics.

2.4 Website and Market Research

If you ask us to, we read your public website and research public sources about your market (such as public reviews, forums and competitors' public pages) to fill your Brain. Quotes keep a link to their public source.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service
• To process transactions and send related information
• To send promotional communications (with your consent)
• To respond to your comments, questions, and requests
• To monitor and analyze usage and trends
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
• To improve the Service and your account's Brain, and, in de-identified and aggregated form, to train and improve Hudo's own models (see "How We Use Data to Improve Hudo's Models")

4. How We Use Data to Improve Hudo's Models

We may use content created in Hudo, Brain information and performance results to train and improve Hudo's own models. Before doing so we remove personal data and details that identify you or your business, and we combine the data with data from other accounts. We never show your data to other customers and never sell it. Our AI providers (such as Anthropic) do not train their models on the data we send them through their APIs. You can opt out at any time in Settings, then Privacy, or by emailing privacy@hudo.ai. Data obtained from connected social platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn) and from Google services is used only as each platform's terms and policies allow, and is not used to train AI models where those terms prohibit it.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following situations:

• Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (see "Service Providers We Use")
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit permission

• ElevenLabs: voice generation
• Upload-Post: publishing to social networks
• Supabase: database, authentication and storage
• Vercel: hosting
• Stripe: payments
• GitHub: scheduled jobs

7. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social account, we receive the information that platform shares with your permission, such as your account or page name, profile identifiers, access tokens and the performance metrics of content published through Hudo. We use it only to publish the content you approve, show your results and improve your Brain. We do not sell it. You can remove access at any time from the app or the platform, and you can ask us to delete it by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. SMS and Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we use it to send the text messages described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. These measures include encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. When you delete your account, you have 7 days to undo it. After that we delete your data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data
